PepsiCo AMEA named among top five Great Places To Work in the UAE

Last week, PepsiCo AMEA headquarters in Dubai was listed as one of the top five Great Places To Work in the UAE by the Great Place to Work Institute. PepsiCo AMEA received this recognition for the second year in a row based on an employee survey which assesses credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.

In addition, PepsiCo was one of only two companies to be acknowledged for implementing best practices in hiring, developing and retaining Emirati talent. Proving its commitment, PepsiCo AMEA recently launched its new Emirati internship programme. The first students joining the team are three undergraduates from Zayed University who will be an integral part of the team for eight weeks.

"At PepsiCo, we feel that we are appreciated," said Shaima Al Awadhi, an intern for the Communications team. "We’re given tasks that are important to the business and, at the same time, valuable to our learning experience and knowledge for our future careers.”

The internship program will run every semester, as well as over summer, and aims to create a positive influence in UAE society.
